Episode 20: Cooking 3 Meals a Day the Easy Way

How are you all holding up with sheltering-in-place and the coronavirus? To be honest, it’s getting tough on us, but we’re determined to stick it out.

We’ve been home since the 12th of March and the newness has worn off. Oh well, we know many people have suffered through much, MUCH worse so we are happy to be getting through this together.

One of the things that we struggled with early on was cooking and eating 3 meals a day. Okay, so I’m the only one who cooks, but having to come up with the meal plan and get it all together, threw me for a loop.

So, when I read my good friend’s latest blog post, I knew it would be one that you’d find helpful too. It’s filled with 6 tips for how to stay sane and healthy when you’re cooking 3 meals a day.

This episode of the Wannabe Minimalist Show will help you discover:

• secrets for saving time in the kitchen

• how to store prepped veggies so that last longer

• simple ways to incorporate more fresh veggies quickly and easily

And if you are struggling with routines and getting things done now that everyone’s home, I invite you to join the waitlist for my newest workshop - Automate Your Home: Put Your Routines on Autopilot. It’s launching in mid-April and will be a game changer for those of us who feel overwhelmed, constantly behind, and exhausted by the end of the day. I don't want that to be you anymore so come over to WannabeClutterFree.com/automate and get on the waitlist.
